Qualifications

• Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel/resort is a plus.
• Knowledge of espresso prep and specialty beverages preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso beverages and other menu items.
• Provide warm, personalized service.
• Greet guests and assist with selections.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages and ingredients.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS.
• Process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Monitor supplies and restock as needed.
