Qualifications

• Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort is a plus.
• Knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee brewing techniques preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso beverages and specialty coffees to standard recipes.
• Provide warm, genuine service to all guests.
• Greet guests, suggest items, and assist with selections.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages and ingredients.
• Operate espresso equipment and POS systems.
• Process transactions accurately and handle payments.
• Keep the station clean and stocked; follow health/safety rules.
