Chateau Élan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA seeks an enthusiastic bartender to ensure a hospitable guest experience at the bar. You will greet guests, mix and garnish drinks, document orders, and maintain bar stock daily.

You will process payments, balance transactions, and uphold all state and corporate alcohol-service standards. Ideal candidates have hotel or hospitality experience, strong guest communication skills, and the ability to work a fast-paced bar.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains setup of the bar daily and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies.
• Prepares garnishes, juices and perishable items to ensure quality.
• Greets guests, promotes and records drink orders, and serves drinks per recipes.
• Adheres to all applicable alcohol service laws and corporate requirements.
• Processes orders at the POS, balances checks and handles payments.
