Job summary

5 Star Cares in Lutz, FL is hiring CNAs DSPs HHAs and PCAs for day shifts. Part-time and full-time daytime schedules are available, with 6am–6pm shifts and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, bathing, dressing, mobility and daily living activities, and accurately documenting care while communicating changes to the health care team. Requirements: minimum 2 years in acute or long-term care, current BLS/CPR and First Aid, AHCA Level 2 background screening;

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care
• Experience caring for higher-acuity individuals preferred
• Current BLS/CPR and First Aid Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

Schedule Options Shifts are 6a-6p

Part-Time Day Shift

• Work 2 scheduled 12-hour day shifts per week
• Rotating weekends are required

Full-Time Day Shift

• Work 3 scheduled 12-hour day shifts per week
• Rotating weekends are required

$15.00–$19.00 per Hour (Based on Experience & Certification)

What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and activities of daily living
• Provide compassionate care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and higher-acuity needs

Qualifications

• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Ability to safely lift and assist individuals up to 50 pounds
• Must successfully complete an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
