Job summary

5 Star Cares in Florida is seeking Full-Time Staff Nurses for 12-hour night shifts to deliver high-quality care in a calm, patient-centered environment. Our ratios are low (1:6) to enable meaningful, individualized attention.

This role requires an active Florida RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and willingness to participate in emergency/disaster response. Rotating weekends apply, with night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Pass ACHA Level 2 screening.
• Education requirement per HB 531 screening site access.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established care plans.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately.
• Submit timely progress reports to the clinical team and physicians.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on orders and assessments.

Schedule

• Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities
