Job summary

5 Star Cares in Lutz, FL is hiring CNAs, DSPs, HHAs, and PCAs for full-time and part-time night shifts. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience and certification.

Location is Lutz, FL with a 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and options to pick up extra shifts. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, providing patient-centered care, monitoring health changes, documenting accurately, and maintaining a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
• Experience supporting individuals with higher-acuity needs preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist individuals up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with IDD and higher-acuity needs.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality.
• Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Join the caring team at 5 Star Cares! We're seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide exceptional care in our residential group homes.

Location: Lutz, FL
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour (Based on experience and certification)

Requirements

• Part-time work two days a week and every other weekend
• Full-time work three days a week and every other weekend
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts based on availability

What You'll Do

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility
