Job summary

Carewise Solutions in Lutz, FL, is hiring LPNs and RNs for day shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM). The role offers part-time opportunities with competitive pay ($25–$42/hr) and a supportive, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license is required or in process.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience in Home Health, Rehab, Long-Term Care, Hospice, or Acute Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, RTs, and other team members.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
