Atlantic Smart Technologies in Jupiter, FL, is seeking a Lutron Systems Designer & Programmer to lead shade design and programming for high-end residential projects. You will measure, specify fabrics, coordinate with GCs, and build materials while also supporting lighting control design.

The role blends front-end design and back-end commissioning, requiring collaboration with sales, architects, interior designers, and window consultants. Hybrid work and local travel are involved.

Formación

• 2+ years designing, programming, and commissioning Lutron shade systems in residential environments.
• On-site window measurements and coordination with GC/architects.
• Experience with Lutron lighting controls (HomeWorks QS/ QSX, RadioRA 2/3).
• Strong understanding of lighting/shading fundamentals and integration protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete Lutron shade scope from design to commissioning.
• Measure windows on-site and coordinate with GC/architects for rough-in.
• Specify fabrics and hardware, build BOMs, and prepare visuals for meetings.
• Program, test, and commission schemes; build scenes and client sign-off.
