Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in thoracic surgery and American Board of Surgery/AB Thoracic Surgery.
• Experience in teaching residents, fellows, and medical students within an academic/research setting.
• Experience in lung transplantation and general thoracic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a new lung transplant program.
• Oversee clinical protocols, multidisciplinary team, and referral network.
• Mentor and teach residents, fellows, and medical students.
