Qualifications

• AS in healthcare related field or equivalent preferred.
• ACS LION Oncology Navigation Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with LDCT Diagnostic Navigator to begin eligibility and open access to care.
• Coordinates with Central Scheduling for appointment availability and verifies insurance authorization.
• Develops and maintains clinical documents related to the LDCT program; navigates LungView.
• Provides clinical care coordination services for the Lung Cancer Screening program.
• Tracks and reports outcome navigation, clinical and technical metrics monthly.
• Supports the LDCT program to meet designations and quality requirements.
