Qualifications

  • PhD in a relevant field and strong research interests in pulmonary biology, lung injury and repair, or fibrosis.
  • Experience with mouse models, lung injury/fibrosis models, flow cytometry, immunostaining, or omics analyses is preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Join a collaborative research program focused on pulmonary injury, repair, and fibrotic remodeling.
  • Perform experiments using mouse models and human lung samples, organoids, and multi-omics approaches.
  • Apply single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and other advanced analyses to define mechanisms of injury and repair.
  • Contribute to manuscript preparation and presentation of results to the group and collaborators.
