Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrates teamwork, confidentiality, and good communication.
• Ability to work with children in the 5–12 age group.
• Ability to supervise large groups and follow district guidelines.
• Pass paraprofessional fitness tests and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise large groups of students during lunch and recess.
• Enforce behavioral guidelines and ensure safety.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Escort students between areas and provide conflict resolution.
• Perform cafeteria duties and assist as needed.
