Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Front/Back Service Operator at the Avon, NY plant to support Lunchables production. You will verify, stage, and move materials to ensure smooth production flow while upholding safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include material verification, labeling, and inventory control, with opportunities to train for classified positions and contribute to QRMP audits and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required equipment certifications.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials using production schedules and BOM.
• Maintain material traceability and documentation accuracy.
• Rotate between Front Service and Back Service assignments as required.
• Load materials and maintain production flow.
• Support QA and GMP requirements and audits.
