Job summary

Blue Origin in Denver, CO, is seeking a Vehicle Requirements and Verification Engineer to guide system-level requirements and verification planning for the lunar transport program. You will work with NASA, national partners, and Lunar Permanence teams to define interfaces, manage change, and deliver verification artifacts.

Strong systems engineering experience, excellent communication, and US eligibility are required to contribute to safe human spaceflight.

Qualifications

• Experience using requirements and functional analysis to specify and verify complex systems.
• Experience defining and managing interfaces and interface agreements.
• Knowledge of total systems engineering process and technical budgets.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to foster inclusion.
• US citizenship or eligible status is required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Manage system-level and system-of-systems requirements with NASA and partners.
• Define and manage interfaces and interface requirements across elements.
• Develop system-level verification plans and closure products.
• Track metrics to close out requirements and verification artifacts.
• Provide leadership to element teams and uphold Blue Origin principles.
• Perform high-caliber technical work.
