Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Rocket Park, Florida, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers in the end‑to‑end manufacturing execution of human‑rated lunar vehicle hardware.

You will translate engineering definitions into work instructions, manage PFMEA/DFMA initiatives, mentor engineers, and partner with program leaders to meet design, build, and test milestones while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Enable the success of a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
• Provide mentoring and career development for engineers.
• Own manufacturing engineering deliverables across the lifecycle.
