Job summary

Blue Origin's Lunar Permanence team seeks an experienced PMO Integrator to coordinate NASA engagements and contract execution across Lunar Programs. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with NASA and internal teams to ensure milestones and deliverables align with program goals.

You will lead proposals, study contracts, task orders, and control boards while managing Government Furnished Property and collaboration efforts. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in program/project management, contracts, or related field.
• Experience leading customer/government engagement and external partners.
• Proven ability to develop proposals, study contracts, task orders, or business cases.
• Experience managing deliverables, DRDs, milestones, or payment plans.
• Ability to coordinate complex technical reviews, control boards, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with NASA Contracting Officer's Representative and related negotiations.
• Lead Blue Origin responses and engagement with NASA for control boards and technical forums as needed.
• Own and manage programmatic and contractual milestones.
• Own Government Furnished Property activities, including J-03.
• Own Collaboration and Government Technical Assistance management, with delegated execution as appropriate.
• Own the Insight Implementation Plan and related milestones.
• Own the Milestone Payment Plan across Lunar contracts and support its application.
• Coordinate proposal responses in support of the Blue Origin Sales and Marketing team.
• Lead efforts and manage teams involved in study contracts and task orders.
