Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, program management, or operations integration.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety always and first-time quality, modeling leadership principles.
• Coordinate with NASA customers and cross-functional teams to align on program objectives.
• Own the Operational Rhythm of Business for MK2 Alpha Lander Operations and lead leadership reviews.
• Manage Operations risk, CapEx portfolio, and multi-year strategy for MK2 Alpha program.
