Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead schedule adherence and budget performance for MK2 deliverables. You will coordinate across engineering, production, and program stakeholders, driving change management and reporting rhythms to enable on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will support vehicle lifecycle activities, construct program metrics, and maintain clear communications with leadership and external partners. U.S. citizen or eligible status is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years designing/developing complex engineered products.
• 5+ years of project management or system integration experience.
• Experience with multi-functional product development teams and external manufacturers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule adherence and budget performance for the MK2 deliverable.
• Coordinate vehicle configuration management and change tickets.
• Develop and maintain program metrics and dashboards.
• Report program status to leadership and executives.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering, production, supply chain, and program management.
• Document product development processes and performance metrics.
