Blue Origin seeks a Senior Director for the MK-1 Lunar Lander to lead the multi-variant development program, coordinating design, manufacturing, test, and delivery across Endurance, VIPER, and Lunar Terrain Vehicle missions. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in aerospace systems.
• Strong engineering development experience across the product lifecycle with delivery on aggressive schedules.
• Experience managing product family development or multiple concurrent vehicle programs with different architectures.
• Advanced knowledge in designing, building, testing and flying aerospace systems for rockets, landers, and space systems.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems quickly and use engineering judgment to minimize wasted effort.
• Attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves while upholding high standards.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the MK-1 Lunar Lander development program across multiple variants.
• Balance technical trade-offs to meet program requirements for the product family.
• Lead a team through requirement definition, design, manufacturing, test, verification, validation, certification, and delivery.
• Manage risks and schedule discipline across concurrent programs and vehicle variants.
• Maintain strong customer/partner/supplier relationships and allocate resources effectively.
• Build and develop a high-performance organization and drive operational excellence.
