Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned systems analyst for the Lunar Permanence program, contributing to the MK2 lunar lander and supporting vehicle-level design decisions with rigorous analysis. You will partner with design engineers to understand how changes impact the broader system, maintain analytical models, and drive data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a design engineering discipline or closely related technical role.
• Experience executing analysis activities in a complex system development environment.
• Experience identifying change impacts across an entire space vehicle, including technical, schedule, and risk dimensions.
• Experience in a regulated environment (aerospace, government, nuclear, medical, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across engineering disciplines.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and able to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as integrating authority for propellant-consuming systems across the vehicle.
• Coordinate with subsystem teams to resolve interface conflicts and ensure system compatibility.
• Rapidly execute and report systems analysis to inform vehicle-level design changes.
• Update and validate analytical models as design evolves.
• Develop analysis pipelines to scale analyses with development pace.
• Collaborate across business units to identify representative testing for models.
• Develop new analytical models to inform design decisions.
