Job summary

ispace Technologies, US, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Lander Manufacturing in Englewood, CO. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for manufacturing, assembly, integration, and qualification of lunar landers, ensuring flight readiness and adherence to program requirements.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to drive manufacturability, resolve technical challenges, and maintain robust production documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in development, manufacturing, assembly, or integration of aerospace systems.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multidisciplinary activities.
• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and testing methods.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience creating manufacturing processes, work instructions, or production plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams toward flight readiness.
• Oversee manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing activities.
• Drive MRB processes, DFM collaboration, and documentation control.
• Develop build sequences, standard work, and production documentation.
• Manage inventory and MRB software training across the team.
• Direct MGSE design and fabrication for production.
• Collaborate on requirements, risk assessments, and design reviews.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges to protect schedules.
• Implement Lean, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement.
• Support facility improvements, layouts, and planning for growth.
