Job summary

Blue Origin in Florida is seeking Manufacturing Engineers to contribute to the development of the Blue Moon Lunar Lander. Responsibilities include supporting manufacturing execution and developing work instructions to optimize production efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Aerospace, and experience in manufacturing processes. Position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant engineering field from an accredited university.
• Experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles.
• Ability to support scheduled work shifts and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the shop floor manufacturing execution of the Blue Moon Lunar Lander.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions based on engineering requirements.
• Identify and deploy new manufacturing methods to optimize efficiency.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

CAD software proficiency

Experience with aerospace manufacturing

Project management capabilities

Education

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Aerospace)

Master's Degree in relevant fields
