Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a vehicle-level integrator for MK1's fluid systems on the Space Coast. You will own requirements, ICDs, budgets, and design parameters, tying pressurized systems together and supporting integrated vehicle tests to prove readiness for flight.

Location options include Space Coast, FL or Seattle, WA with relocation assistance and up to 20% travel. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to lunar missions and advanced propulsion systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, physics, systems engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in aerospace fluids, propulsion, or thermal/fluid systems.
• Experience tracing requirements through verification.
• Experience defining test objectives or procedures for pressurized fluid systems.
• Experience interpreting test data to assess performance.
• Ability to earn trust and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle-level fluid system requirements and trace them through verification.
• Define and manage integrated fluid interface control documents (ICDs) across vehicle subsystems, addressing pressures, flow rates, and media.
• Define design parameters for the integrated fluid systems and manage budgets.
• Own and maintain the vehicle leak budget and allocations across subsystems.
• Ensure cleanliness and oxygen compatibility verification before integration.
