Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, chemical, electrical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with environmental testing.
• Experience developing, writing, and executing test procedures.
• Willingness to commit to tight deadlines and extended hours as needed.
• Ability to read P&ID and electrical schematics/layout designs.
• Experience developing vehicle installation and checkout procedures.
• Understanding of fluids and electrical instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test procedures of Integrated vehicle systems to satisfy program objectives.
• Coordinate, setup, install, and operate vehicle Electrical Ground Support Equipment test capabilities.
• Develop test methods to efficiently complete integrated system testing.
• Maintain test equipment configuration control, calibration, and traceability.
• Write test procedures, manage procedural red lines, and incorporate updates during test campaigns.
• Oversee vendor design and fabrication of test and support equipment.
• Participate in gated design and Test Readiness Reviews.
• Perform facility activation tests if necessary.
• Follow safety policies during test planning and operations.
• Troubleshoot anomalies in real-time.
• Reduce, analyze, and archive test data to support verification tasks.
• Bring high energy to achieve ambitious goals.
