Job summary

Freight Breakers is seeking a Material Handler in Romeoville, IL to load/unload freight and build stable pallets. This production-based role pays weekly between $550 and $1,200, with hourly pay when not on a truck. Your output directly affects earnings through productivity.

Work Monday–Friday, nights, 6:00 PM–3:30 AM. You must be 18+, have reliable transportation, steel-toe shoes, and be able to lift 50–100 lbs. Overtime may be required; PTO after one year. EEO employer.

MATERIAL HANDLER — ROMEOVILLE, IL

Earn $550–$1,200+ Per Week!

Freight Breakers is hiring motivated, dependable Material Handlers in Romeoville!

This is a production-based position where your effort directly impacts your earnings. The more work you complete, the more you can make.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Stack boxes from trailers onto wooden pallets.
• Build stable, organized pallets as you unload freight.
• Once a pallet is full, use a pallet jack to move it to the designated floor/staging area.
• Bring a new pallet back to the trailer and repeat the process.
• Work on a variety of loading and unloading assignments.
• When you're not actively assigned to a truck, you will still be paid hourly while at work.

Pay:

Earn $550–$1,200+ per week!

This is a production-based position with hourly pay when you are not working on a truck.

Different trucks may have different production pay rates, giving you the opportunity to increase your weekly earnings based on your productivity.

The more you do, the more you can make.

Schedule:

• MONDAY - FRIDAY - OVER NIGTHS , 6PM-3:30AM
• Employees may be released earlier depending on daily workload, production goals, and completion of assigned work.
