Freight Breakers LLC in Romeoville, IL is seeking motivated Material Handlers to join our hands-on, production-driven team. Your work directly affects earnings, with weekly pay based on output.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–3:30 AM. You will stack pallets, operate a pallet jack, and keep a safe, organized workspace while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Reliable transportation.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Able to lift and carry 50–100 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to meet production standards after training.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets to and from designated staging areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, receiving, and shipping procedures.
• Follow attendance and call-off policies.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Meet or exceed production expectations after training.

Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM–3:30 AM | $550–$1,200+ Per Week

Freight Breakers is hiring motivated, dependable Material Handlers in Romeoville!

This is a hands‑on, production‑based position where your effort can directly impact your earnings. The more work you complete, the more you can make.

Job

• Stack boxes from trailers onto wooden pallets
• Build stable, organized pallets
• Use a pallet jack to move completed pallets to the staging area
• Bring a new pallet back and repeat the process
• Work on a variety of loading and unloading assignments
• When you're not actively working on a truck, you will remain on the clock and be paid hourly

Pay

• Earn $550–$1,200+ per week
• Production pay varies depending on the truck and assignment
• The more you produce, the more you can earn
• Hourly pay applies when you're working but not actively assigned to a truck

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM–3:30 AM

Employees may be released early depending on workload, production goals, and completion of assigned work.
