Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic and advanced methods with equipment used by Southwest Traders.
• Must be able to perform delivery functions including using a hand cart and lift gate.
• Able to complete paperwork legibly and correctly, collect money and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Execute delivery duties per prescribed routes and customer guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to various customers.
• Maintain company standards for throughput, accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Read and interpret safety rules, maps, invoices and memos.
• Work overtime or double time as needed to complete entire routes.

Salary Range: $18.75 To $18.75 Hourly

The following is a list of duties that are essential to the Southwest Traders Lumper position and employees must be capable of performing them at all times.

• Must be able to execute basic and advanced methods in accordance to the type of work and equipment used by Southwest Traders
• Must be able to perform all delivery functions including:
  • Use of a two-wheel hand cart
  • Use of a trailer lift gate
  • Capable of easily recognizing customer products
  • Legibly and correctly completing necessary paperwork
  • Collection of money and the ability to quickly perform basic mathematic equations
  • Performing a daily delivery route routine while following specific customer guidelines for delivery methods
  • Communicating with various customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to maintain minimum company standards in regard to through put, error percentage and on time delivery
  • The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, local area maps, invoices and credit memos
  • Must be capable and available to consistently complete the entire route which will require you to work overtime & double time whennecessary.
  • Performing the required job duties on a daily basis while working under the conditions listed in " Working Conditions"
