Summary: As a Shipping Lumper, your primary responsibility will be to assist in loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring efficient and accurate movement of goods. You will work closely with the warehouse staff and logistics team to maintain a smooth workflow and meet shipping deadlines. The ideal candidate should have physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Ensure all transports are prepared in a timely manner.
• Consolidate onsite merchandise for the same customer order from different small bulk pallets if needed.
• Follow safety codes and conduct.
• Keep the loading dock and area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

• This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.

Working Conditions:

• This job is performed in an environment that may have exposure to heat, noise, and other environmental factors associated with food production.

Position Details:

• Working Hours: Monday- Fri: 4:30am- 1:00pm
• Available to work on flexible schedules, such as weekends and holidays as necessary.
