Job summary

Southwest Traders, Inc in Stockton, California is seeking a Regular Full-time Delivery Driver responsible for executing delivery routes, handling paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.

You will operate a two-wheel hand cart, use a trailer lift gate, read invoices and safety rules, and complete daily routes with accuracy while meeting company standards for on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $18.75 To $18.75 Hourly

Duties

• Must be able to execute basic and advanced methods in accordance to the type of work and equipment used by Southwest Traders
• Must be able to perform all delivery functions including:
  • Use of a two-wheel hand cart
  • Use of a trailer lift gate
  • Capable of easily recognizing customer products
  • Legibly and correctly completing necessary paperwork
  • Collection of money and the ability to quickly perform basic mathematic equations
  • Performing a daily delivery route routine while following specific customer guidelines for delivery methods
  • Communicating with various customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to maintain minimum company standards in regard to through put, error percentage and on time delivery
  • The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, local area maps, invoices and credit memos
  • Must be capable and available to consistently complete the entire route which will require you to work overtime & double time whennecessary.
  • Performing the required job duties on a daily basis while working under the conditions listed in " Working Conditions"

Start time 14:00-16:30 and end time 02:00-04:30
Days off vary but will be consecutive days off.
