Responsibilities include leading store staff, managing vendor relations, and maintaining high safety and service standards while driving growth and profitability. This full-time on-site position requires flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, operational and management experience at a pro building materials store.
• Experience dealing with contractors.
• Experience analyzing inventory activity.
• Strong leadership abilities and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manages and implements overall store operations, policies and procedures; oversees yard activities, store inventory, and weekly management meetings.
• Directs and manages all store staff activities, schedule planning, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Leads inside sales, collaborates with General Manager to monitor sales and profits to stay on target.
• Identifies growth needs, completes safety training, and supports employee development.
