Qualifications

• Forklift operator certification required.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training, including supervisor training within 6 months of entering the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the yard and assign tasks to yard and delivery staff.
• Load and unload products safely for customers, vendors, and company vehicles.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints promptly.
• Move, stock, and rearrange building materials in the yard and warehouse.
• Oversee yard inventory and coordinate with Inventory Coordinator as needed.
• Perform routine forklift safety checks and organize yard cleanliness and appearance.
• Follow safety policies and participate in store meetings and training.
