Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC is seeking Yard Associates to provide excellent customer service, handle merchandise, and assist with loading/unloading trucks in the yard and warehouse. You will work with forklifts, stock materials, and support deliveries to homeowners and job sites.

The role requires forklift certification, some delivery experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Delivery experience preferred.
• Experience dealing with the public.
• Basic math, reading, writing and speaking skills required.
• Knowledge of lumber and building materials preferred.
• Ability to lift and load up to 100 lbs and climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers or contractors entering the yard or warehouse.
• Operate forklift to merchandise and stock yard/warehouse.
• Assist truck drivers in deliveries to homeowners and job sites.
• Load materials into customers' vehicles or delivery trucks.
• Maintain yard and warehouse in clean, orderly condition.
• Assist with contractor sales counter functions as needed.
• Identify shortages and report to management.
• Ensure equipment is safe and in good working order.
