Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is seeking Yard Associates to provide excellent customer service while handling merchandise, unloading or loading trucks, and assisting customers at the yard and warehouse. You will operate forklifts, ensure safety, and help keep the yard clean and organized.

In this hourly role you will support delivery processes, help with contractor sales counters as needed, and work closely with store teams to protect assets and meet daily objectives.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification and delivery experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in yard/warehouse.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and contractors in yard or warehouse.
• Operate forklift to merchandise and stock yard and warehouse.
• Assist truck drivers with delivery to homes and job sites.
• Load materials into customers' vehicles and verify quantities from POS.
• Develop expertise with forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Unload freight without damaging goods or carrier equipment.
• Identify shortages and report to store management.
• Maintain yard and warehouse in clean, orderly condition.
• Assist cashiers and staff with items at the register as needed.
• Assist with contractor sales counter functions as necessary.
