Job summary

TAL Building Centers is seeking a Yard Associate for our Ennis, MT store. Assist customers with yard materials, load and unload stock, and keep a safe, organized yard and warehouse.

On-site role requiring teamwork, ability to lift heavy objects, valid driver’s license, and forklift operation with training. Starting pay depends on experience; benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job.
• 1-3 months experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not necessary.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must successfully pass our MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with locating materials.
• Load, unload, and stock materials in the lumber yard and warehouse.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist with loading/ unloading and verifying materials against invoices.
