Buchheit Family of Companies’ Retail Store in Missouri seeks a part-time Lumber Yard Worker to help sort and rack lumber, assist customers, and load merchandise on delivery trucks. You will operate a forklift or industrial truck to move materials and perform daily safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in the lumber yard.
• Sort and rack lumber according to grade and length.
• Load merchandise onto store delivery trucks for delivery or transfer.
• Assist with unloading deliveries as necessary.
• Operate forklift or industrial truck to move merchandise and materials.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain yard appearance.
• Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
• Communicate customer issues to internal staff and assist as needed.
