Job summary

Gillman Home Center is seeking a Lumber Yard Associate to provide outstanding customer service and support the lumber yard operations. You will assist customers with loading and unloading materials, help with deliveries, and perform basic equipment inspections and yard duties.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license with forklift experience preferred.

• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a positive, respectful manner and help resolve concerns.
• Assist customers loading/unloading lumber and building materials; build loads as needed.
• Operate trucks and equipment; deliver materials to homes and job sites.
