PARR is seeking a Lumber Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by creating quotes, processing orders, and coordinating material shipments to customers in the residential construction market.

You will interact with multiple departments and customers, ensuring accurate orders, timely deliveries, and strong customer service. This role requires robust communication skills and familiarity with building materials.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building materials or construction industry is required.
• Strong communication via phone and email.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Write quotes and orders with accurate pricing.
• Process orders and manage deliveries in a timely manner.
• Attend training and complete AMT training as required.
• Maintain customer profiles and contact information in CRM/Outlook.
