Job summary

PARR is seeking a Lumber Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by creating quotes, processing orders, and coordinating shipments to residential construction customers. The role emphasizes relationship building, accurate order entry, and timely deliveries in a fast-paced lumber yard environment.

You will interact with internal teams and customers, maintain CRM records, and follow PLC selling strategies to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building materials and/or experience in construction industry required.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with customers and vendors.
• Ability to type 40+ WPM and use MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Communicates with a wide number of customers in Residential Construction to sell and manage material flow.
• Prepare quotes and process orders; coordinate deliveries with dispatch.
• Maintain customer profiles in CRM with contact details and order history.
• Walk customers to products in-store and confirm material needs before delivery.
