UFP Windsor, LLC in Windsor, Colorado is seeking a General Laborer to safely handle lumber products, operate the kiln and pressure-treating equipment, and verify material meets customer specifications. You will move, stack, label, and tag lumber, and ensure accurate inventory while following safety and process standards.

The role requires no formal degree, with a starting hourly wage around $18 per hour depending on experience.

Formación

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• Manufacturing or lumber experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic math preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Move and secure lumber products and other materials according to instructions.
• Stack finished products according to predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements.
• Label material based on type, size, and count.
• Apply individual tags to material before/after treating/production.
• Use a staple gun and troubleshoot equipment.
• Band, bundle and secure material, including corner protectors and loading sticks.
• Follow stacking instructions per company policy and customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory of tags and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Record production on production sheets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other areas by moving material, loading and unloading carts.
• Participate in safety, CI and other programs.
