Qualifications

• English fluency is required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the workforce at the location.
• Identify personnel changes and manage staffing needs.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of cross-department staff at the location.
• Enforce policies and drive location profit and performance.
• Maintain customer service standards and relationships with vendors.
• Lead safety, training, and process improvements.
