Job summary

PARR is seeking a General Manager for our Washington location to supervise and direct the workforce, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering Legendary Service.

You will lead safety, inventory, budgeting, vendor relations, and cross-functional teamwork, while developing staff and aligning performance with company goals in a fast-paced homebuilding supply environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hardware and building materials principles, practices, and protocols.
• Ability to speak, write, and read English clearly

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the workforce at the location.
• Identify and respond to personnel changes at the location.
• Manage day-to-day activities of employees from other departments assigned to the location.
• Promote, support, and utilize other divisions under PARR’s umbrella for the good of the whole.
• Lead inventory management and ensure adherence to budget and safety policies.
