Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Consultant at Arlington Heights CDJR to help customers understand vehicle purchase options and pricing while achieving sales targets. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment just outside Chicago.

You will negotiate, evaluate trades, and support cost controls for the New and Used Vehicle Departments, under guidance from management. Strong communication and tech-savvy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in retail sales.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Managing the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Appraising vehicles for trade.
• Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
