Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers, a cooperative with West Coast facilities, is seeking an Oiler & Greaser Technician at its Lodi, CA Distribution Center. This full-time, on-site role involves inspecting equipment, maintaining lubrication, and working with operators to prevent downtime.

The position offers a $26.97/hour pay rate, third shift, weekend/overtime as needed, and benefits under the CBA, including medical, dental, vision, and a defined-benefit pension. Safety-first and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on comfort with tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication to log work and flag issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine lubrication rounds across plant machinery with correct oils and levels.
• Monitor running equipment for hot bearings, worn belts, or unusual wear and flag issues.
• Assist line operators with clearing equipment jams to maintain production flow.
• Replace damaged grease fittings and maintain lube points as needed.
• Maintain grease guns, pumps, and lube shop supplies; keep area clean.
