Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers in Lodi, CA is seeking an Oiler & Greaser Technician to maintain lubrication on processing lines, inspect equipment, and prevent downtime. This full-time, on-site role is first shift but requires flexibility for occasional weekend and potential third shift; 40 hours weekly under a CBA.

You will work with operators to clear line jams, replace fittings, maintain grease points, and log maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication to log work and flag issues.
• Collaborative mindset to support floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lubrication rounds on plant machinery with correct oils and levels.
• Monitor equipment for hot bearings, worn belts, and other issues; notify supervision.
• Assist operators in clearing jams to maintain production flow.
• Replace damaged grease fittings and maintain lube points as needed.
• Keep grease guns, pumps, and lube supplies organized.
