Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant scientific discipline.
• Strong HSSE mindset and prior lab experience.
• Self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to generate accurate test data.
• Experience with lubricants, additives, or related product areas is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle blending, testing, and analysis of lubricant samples in formulation development and technical support.
• Oversee data processing and reporting of test results.
• Coordinate outsourcing of testing to third-party labs as needed.
• Maintain daily lab equipment operation and records.
• Ensure safe operations following Castrol HSSE standards and procedures.
