Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on laboratory support role focused on blending lubricant oils and coolants for project leads. The position requires handling, measuring, and preparing materials in a midsize to large-scale lab setting.

You will receive and ship goods, restock inventory, process data, and communicate findings to project leads, while following HSSE standards and good lab practices. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with lab or chemical handling is a plus.
• Experience blending oils and coolants is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Blend medium/large scale of lubricant oils and coolants for project leads.
• Receive, and deliver goods or prepare for shipment both internally and externally; restock items as necessary, and manage the inventory.
• Process data and communicate to project leads.
• Participate in lab safety inspections and follow HSSE requirements and good lab practices.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
