Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Lube and Tire Technician in the United States. You will perform oil changes, tire and wheel services, alignments and related tasks while also transporting customers and parts as needed.

Role requires a valid driver's license and at least 18 years old; a basic understanding of automotive mechanics is preferred. The job includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
• A general understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, tires, supplies from vendors/corporate office using the company vehicle.
• Operates company vehicle safely and obeys traffic laws.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections following guidelines.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services as directed by Foreman/Manager.
• Notes obvious repairs or safety concerns and documents via Inspection/Repair Order.
• Maintains cleanliness of the shop and showroom.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports concerns.

Skills
