Job summary

Honda of Salem is seeking a motivated Service Porter/Express Lube Technician to join our onsite team in Salem, OR. The role blends vehicle movement, customer support, and hands-on maintenance, with a clear path toward technician or advisor roles.

You will work in a hybrid service environment, assist service staff, and help maintain a fast-paced service lane while ensuring customer vehicles are delivered in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Customer-focused with ability to handle high-volume traffic.
• Willing to perform vehicle movement and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service lane traffic flow.
• Move, park, and retrieve vehicles for service and parking areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service drive and parking areas.
• Wash and vacuum vehicles; assist advisors and technicians with daily tasks.
• Express Lube: oil changes and basic inspections; check fluids and tires.
