Job summary

MINI of Portland, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring a Lube Technician in Beaverton, OR. Earn $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, and join a team focused on quality and safety.

You will perform maintenance per repair orders, document work, maintain tools/workspace, pursue ASE/manufacturer certifications, and participate in Lithia's Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of lube technician experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs per repair orders.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repair work.
• Document time spent and test procedures/results accurately.
• Maintain an organized workspace and proper tool inventory.
• Complete required training and pursue ASE/manufacturer certifications.
• Communicate with dealership staff to meet customer needs.
