Take 5 Oil Change is looking for friendly, energetic team members for full-time crew and lube tech positions in Ohio. No experience is required—we will train you to change oil, replace wiper blades, fill tires, and perform light maintenance.

You will work in a fast-paced shop and have clear opportunities to advance. Compensation starts at $11.00 to $13.90 per hour, with base pay and possible commissions or bonuses.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• We will train you to be a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services.
• Move up fast with paid training to become Take 5 leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
